Driving Lesson Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson with RS Drive Lab, you agree to the following:
Lessons

Lessons are conducted in NSW and comply with applicable road laws

Students must follow instructor directions at all times

Unsafe behaviour may result in lesson termination without refund

Cancellations & No-Shows

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee

Payments

Payment must be made before or at the start of the lesson

Lesson packages are non-transferable

Safety & Responsibility

The instructor may take control of the vehicle if safety is at risk

RS Drive Lab is not responsible for actions taken by the student contrary to instructions
