Service Description
- Eligible for existing RS Drive Lab students only - Final preparation before your Service NSW driving test - Warm-up driving session to reduce nerves and build confidence - Practice common test routes and test-style scenarios - Review of key test criteria and examiner expectations - Targeted feedback to correct last-minute issues - Designed to help you perform calmly and confidently on test day - 45-60 mins Pre-test warm-up in instructor’s dual-control vehicle - Use of instructor's vehicle for test
Cancellation Policy
Driving Lesson Terms & Conditions By booking a lesson with RS Drive Lab, you agree to the following: Lessons - Lessons are conducted in NSW and comply with applicable road laws - Students must follow instructor directions at all times - Unsafe behaviour may result in lesson termination without refund Cancellations & No-Shows - At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule - Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee Payments - Payment must be made before or at the start of the lesson - Lesson packages are non-transferable Safety & Responsibility - The instructor may take control of the vehicle if safety is at risk - RS Drive Lab is not responsible for actions taken by the student contrary to instructions Liability - To the extent permitted by law, RS Drive Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from lessons. Australian Consumer Law - Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refund & Cancellation Policy RS Drive Lab complies with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds You may be entitled to a refund if: - A lesson cannot be provided due to instructor fault - The service does not meet consumer guarantees - Refunds are not provided for change of mind or missed lessons, unless required by law. Cancellations - 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations - Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the lesson fee Weather & Emergencies - Lessons may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or emergencies at no extra cost. Refunds - Refunds are only provided if the lesson is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. A handling fee of 3% or $5 may apply to refunds. Packages - Unused lesson credits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus lessons completed at standard rates, provided the package has not expired. Instructor Rights - We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (instructor illness, vehicle issues, weather). We may refuse a lesson if the student is unfit to drive.
